In the Nevada desert, just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, lies CAVU, a 13,000-square-foot home. CAVU, is the newest celebrity Vegas Getaway and is already gathering interest from Hollywood producers, Vegas entertainers and musical moguls.
Besides its five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the home has a library with a fire feature and adjacent outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen with a wood burning pizza oven, an 1,800+ bottle wine cellar, a Vichy spa and a bowling alley. The master suite occupies the entire top floor of the three story home, and features a soaking tub, an under-bed retractable TV and floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding desert. You can also see the Las Vegas strip from one of the rooms.
And while the owners have been enjoying the luxurious amenities and entertaining celebrity requests since the home was built in 2010, their ultimate goal is to sell it, and have currently listed the property for $12.5 million.
